Communications Policy

Last updated: July 30, 2026. This Policy explains how Pro Players Business may contact applicants, members, representatives, business contacts, and partners.

Consent to Communications

By submitting an application, requesting ProEdge access, opting in, or providing contact information, you authorize Pro Players Business and its authorized representatives to contact you about your application, onboarding, agreement status, ProEdge access, registered businesses, partner opportunity calls, vertical materials, operational updates, and related business matters.

Communications may be sent by email, phone, voicemail, SMS/text message, calendar invite, online portal notice, or other business communication channels using the contact information you provide.

Application and Onboarding Messages

Application and onboarding communications may include confirmation of form submission, requests for missing information, referrer verification, agreement delivery, signature reminders, ProEdge access status, training or overview call information, and administrative next steps.

You understand that communications may be needed to process your application, evaluate fit, activate account access, maintain records, and operate the referral network.

Operational and Transactional Messages

Operational messages may include security notices, account notices, password or authentication instructions, conflict-check updates, registered-business status updates, pipeline activity, calendar scheduling, interest-letter delivery, compliance notices, and other non-promotional service messages.

Operational, security, compliance, legal, or account-related messages may still be sent even if you opt out of optional promotional or non-essential communications.

SMS and Text Messaging

If you provide a phone number and opt in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages related to your application, onboarding, ProEdge access, scheduling, registered opportunities, and related operational matters.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Purchase Requirement

Opting in to communications is not a condition of purchase because there is no purchase required to apply for or participate in Pro Players Business. You may apply without paying a fee, buying inventory, or making an investment.

Opt-Out and Preference Requests

You may request to stop non-essential communications by replying with a clear opt-out request where supported, by contacting the Pro Players Business team, or by using available unsubscribe or preference tools when provided.

For SMS/text messaging, replying STOP where supported should stop non-essential text messages from that messaging channel. Replying HELP where supported may provide assistance or contact information.

Opt-out requests may take a reasonable time to process. You may still receive communications that are necessary for security, legal, compliance, account administration, transaction records, or active business operations.

Accuracy of Contact Information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and promptly updating Pro Players Business if your email address, phone number, mailing address, or other contact information changes.

Pro Players Business is not responsible for missed notices, delays, or misdirected communications caused by inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete contact information.

Recording and Documentation

Pro Players Business may retain records of communications, consent, opt-out requests, application activity, ProEdge access activity, and related operational messages for legal, compliance, security, attribution, dispute-resolution, and business-record purposes.

Calls or online meetings may be recorded or summarized when permitted by law and when useful for training, quality, compliance, or recordkeeping purposes.

Third-Party Communication Providers

Pro Players Business may use third-party providers to send, receive, store, analyze, or manage email, SMS/text messages, calendar invites, forms, support requests, and related communications.

Those providers may process communication data according to their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

Changes to This Policy

Pro Players Business may update this Communications Policy from time to time. Updated versions may be posted on this page and become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
