Compliance & How We Operate
How Pro Players Business operates, in plain English.
Anyone considering a business relationship should be able to understand how the other party makes money and what rules it operates under, without a lawyer translating. This page exists for that. It is dated, and it is updated when anything on it changes.

Section 01
Who we are
Pro Players Business LLC is a Utah limited liability company registered to transact business in Florida on March 26, 2026, with its principal office at 2125 Biscayne Boulevard, Ste 204 #25595, Miami, FL 33137. Pro Players Business was founded in 2015 by Brad Leggett, former center for the New Orleans Saints and Detroit Lions.
Pro Players Business is independently owned and operated. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, NFL Alumni, NFL Legends, the NFLPA, the NFLRPA, or any league, team, or players association. Brad Leggett is a former NFL player and the network was built for former NFL players, but no official association is implied or claimed.

How we make money, and how reps make money
Partner companies pay Pro Players Business for access to introductions their own sales teams could not obtain. Referral reps receive a fixed administrative fee for verified introductions. That fee is predetermined at fair market value, set per program, documented in an independent contractor agreement signed before any introduction is made, and is not contingent on the volume or value of any subsequent business transactions.
Reps never pay us. Not to apply, not to join, not to stay active, not at any point. There is no membership fee, no starter package, no inventory purchase, no territory purchase, no training fee, and no monthly minimum.
Section 03
Why this is not multi-level marketing
In multi-level marketing, you build a downline and earn from the production of people you recruit. That is the defining mechanic, and it does not exist here.
Specifically:
No rep is ever compensated for recruiting another rep.
No rep earns any amount based on another rep's production, at any depth.
There is no downline, rank, tier, level, or team beneath any rep.
Nobody is paid because someone joins.
There is no product to buy and no fee to pay.
Every dollar paid to a rep traces to one thing: a real business or medical practice, personally introduced by that rep, becoming a customer of a vetted partner company.
Section 04
How partner companies are vetted
Before a program goes live, we review the entity's corporate registration and formation documents, the professional backgrounds of its leadership, and its financial standing. We screen against the HHS Office of Inspector General List of Excluded Individuals and Entities, the federal SAM.gov exclusion database, and FDA warning letter and enforcement records.
We do not invest in partner companies, hold equity in them, or accept payment for placement. We do not work through brokers or intermediaries; the principal has to be in the conversation. We do not accept partners whose model requires reps to pay a fee or buy a product.
Section 05
What a referral rep does and does not do
A rep identifies someone in their own network, registers that contact, and makes an introduction. That is the entire scope.
Do not cold call.
Do not quote pricing.
Do not make clinical, medical, or efficacy claims.
Do not recommend a therapy for a patient.
Do not present or demo.
Do not handle contracts, orders, or onboarding.
Do not manage accounts.
Do not carry quotas.
Do not recruit.
Reps are not given pricing sheets, supply chain details, or clinical materials, because reps are not participants in the pricing, clinical, or fulfillment side of the transaction. Every technical question is answered by the partner company's team, by people accountable for the answer.

Disclosure at the point of introduction
Every rep is an independent contractor of Pro Players Business and discloses that affiliation when making an introduction. No introduction is made on an undisclosed basis.
Section 07
Peptide therapy — regulatory status, stated plainly
No compounded peptide dispensed through this program is an FDA-approved drug. Compounded preparations are dispensed under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, on a patient-specific prescription written by a licensed provider and filled by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy.
The regulatory status of individual peptides is actively changing. FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee reviewed several in July 2026 and its recommendations are non-binding; as of August 30, 2026, no peptide reviewed at that meeting has been added to the 503A Bulks List. Any prescriber evaluating this program should confirm current status independently and request pharmacy licensure and certificates of analysis directly from the partner company.
Pro Players Business makes no representation about the safety, efficacy, or approval status of any therapy. Reps make none either, and are instructed not to.
Section 08
How your contact information is handled
Registering a contact in ProEdge connects that contact to you in the system and runs a conflict check. Registered contact information is used to run that check, to match the business to the right program, and to route the introduction you choose to make.
Pro Players Business does not contact your relationship directly. That approach is always yours. We do not sell, rent, or share registered contact data with third parties outside the specific partner company you choose to introduce them to.
